What will it cost?
The cost of embroidering your logo on a garment that you have seen in our online catalogue is dependent upon size and stitch count. To determine the cost of digitizing your logo/design, please submit by email, or in person, a photo, drawing, jpeg, or .eps file.
Are there minimum order quantities?
Yes. Minimum order quantities are as follows:
| T-Shirts: | 12 pieces per style and colour - sizes may vary |
| Hats: | 12 pieces per style and colour - must be purchased in dozens |
| All other Products: | 6 pieces per style and colour - sizes may vary |
| Promotional Products: (pens, mugs etc): | These vary for each type of product |
How long does it take?
New logos will need to be digitized - please allow2 to 3 weeks. If the logo is already in digital format, turnaround time is generally two weeks. If there will be a delay due to stock problems we will notify you immediately.

How do you ship?
We will ship your order to you by the method you choose. Freight charges are not included in our prices.
Do you have clothing other than what is shown online?
Yes. If you are looking for something you don’t see, contact us about availability.
What are your office hours?
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Pacific Standard Time.
How can I see the colours of a product?
For information about colours, or any other feature of a specific product that you see in our online catalogue, please visit our showroom where we carry extensive stock. We will be happy to assist you.
